Duties: The Promotions Manager will deliver imaginative, ground-breaking programs for advertisers across Turner Sports linear properties (NBA on TNT, NBATV, NASCAR on TNT, MLB on TBS and Golf on TNT). The primary focus of this position is the development of linear promotions - however this manager will also work in collaboration with linear & digital counterparts to build integrated programs.
Working closely with Ad Sales, Marketing and Production teams, the Promotions Manager will develop new sponsorship strategies and custom programs providing clients with a compelling marketing experience from pitch to execution.
The position will report into a Vice President.
-Development of compelling sponsorship opportunities, custom promotional concepts, case studies and guidelines for selling these solutions
-Generating new business opportunities that will help in exceeding budget goals by working with ad sales, the digital promotions team and other Turner Broadcasting divisions to create completely integrated sponsorship packages
-Working with the production team and marketing groups to develop proactive and innovative sponsorship and promotional opportunities for Ad Sales
-Writing strategic proposals for Clients that concisely illustrate the strategy, advantages, breadth and depth of sponsored programs
-Managing the RFP (Request for Proposals) and pitch tracking processes with Ad Sales
-Presenting cross-platform marketing proposals with Ad Sales to clients and agencies, acting as a brand ambassador for Turner Sports properties
-Working closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure efficient and effective promotional processes
-Support the execution process of sold deals and ensure quality control from kick-off to final reporting/recaps
