The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating pediatric and select adult patients for physical therapy as a result of injury or disease; administering treatment, fabricating or recommending adaptive equipment and splints; documenting evaluation results or patient progress, and providing patient and family education. Demonstrates competence defined (*) in Staff Physical Therapist responsibilities in providing age-appropriate care and services to patients from the age of birth to 21 years, and selected adult patients.
Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy
Previous physical therapy work with patients ages 6- 21 in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Experience in a pediatric setting preferred or clinical affiliation in the area of pediatrics.
2-3 years of Sports and Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred.
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Independently Lifting/Carrying up to 50 pounds Occasionally (0-33%)
Finger Dexterity Constantly (67-100%)
