Coordinator, Employee Experience
This individual will primarily be responsible for managing tasks related to client relations and customer service. Further responsibilities may pertain to marketing and sales.
(S)he will also be responsible for the following:
Field Help Desk inquiries and ensure that clients are able to effectively utilize the College Coach service
Create registration sites for client events
Facilitate the registration of client employees for workshops and counseling sessions
Outreach to prior users of program and engage in current offering
Ensure that counselors have up-to-date schedules for flawless onsite programs
Ongoing day-to-day support for internal operations.
Phone support for all corporate clients
Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects with relative ease. A self-starter who is highly motivated, creative and organized is a must. A minimum 2 years of client/customer service experience in addition to superior written and verbal communication skills is required. A high level of computer proficiency is also essential.
Spanish language skills preferred.
