\u003cp\u003eGeneral Description: Bryant \u0026amp; Stratton College -Wisconsin is developing an athletic program in Women\u0026rsquo;s Tennis for the 2019-2020 academic year. The Tennis team will compete at the NJCAA Division 1 level in Region IV. All coaches are responsible for the overall development and advancement of a competitive athletic program while demonstrating high moral and ethical standards and positive sportsmanship. The head coach must focus not only on excellence on the court, but recognize and emphasize academic excellence in the classroom as well. The head coach, along with the athletic director, must operate within the budget to meet the teams needs and enforce rules pertaining to the College, student conduct, and governing rules and regulations.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eBryant \u0026amp; Stratton College Tennis coach is responsible for the recruitment and retention of qualified students for their respective sport through a needs based consultative approach. The Athletic Coach is responsible for building relationships, the coordination of the enrollment process, and the management of their team.\u003cbr /\u003eDuties: \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Meets or exceeds established personal new enrollment goals each semester.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Achieves an FTE no-show rate at or below established objectives by conducting quality student interviews and facilitating the enrollment follow up process for potential students.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Establishes relationships and maintains contact with prospective students by making outbound calls at a minimum weekly volume of 100 dials and 20 or more contacts.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Generates student referrals from both internal and external sources, at or above established weekly and semester goals.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Participates in on-campus activities to support retention and referral outcomes.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; In coordination with the athletic director, prepares the season schedule.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; In coordination with the athletic director, adheres to the budget guidelines, processes all necessary purchase orders and inventory, organizes and obtains all necessary equipment and supplies.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Conducts a student athlete conditioning program to promote the good health of the players.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Fields a competitive team that promotes good sportsmanship and represents the College in positive manner.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Conducts daily team practices to develop the skills of the student athletes and coach the team at games.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Ensures that admissions and marketing data is captured, recorded, inputted timely and accurately.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Ensures compliance with company policy and procedures, as well as state, federal and NJCAA regulations.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; 1st term retention of enrolled students at or above established goals and objectives.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Meets or exceeds appointment setting and visits objectives.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Attains a visit-to-enrollment metric at or above established goals and objectives.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Converts new student inquiries at or above established goals and objectives.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Manages all student inquiries and follow-up activities through CRM.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e2-\u003cbr /\u003eQualifications:\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Required: Bachelor\u0026rsquo;s Degree \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Required: Coaching experience at the high school level or above.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Desired: College recruiting experience\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; First aid/CPR certification is a plus. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning and leadership skills required. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Must be able to serve as a positive role model for young adults. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Familiarity with NJCAA rules and regulations is a plus. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Clean driving record is preferred.\u003c/p\u003e
