SUMMARY OF JOB:
The Wellness Coordinator will plan, develop, implement, and coordinate a variety of wellness programs for IL and PC residents, focusing on strength, balance and coordination to maintain level of function and help prevent falls.
The Wellness Coordinator will also promote the 7 elements of wellness;
Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Social, Spiritual, Environmental, and Occupational
through engaging and meaningful programs. The Wellness Coordinator will ensure wellness programs create an exceptional Experience for our residents, using Experience design elements when planning programs.

Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology or Certified Personal Trainer through an accredited program, plus 2-3 years experience working with seniors as a Wellness Coordinator/Coach.
