As a member of the larger operations team and reporting to the Program Operations Manager this person will work closely with several other program operations leaders to ensure systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently. Primary responsibilities include:Facilitate daily operations of the sports & recreation programsSupport Program Managers in the operation and organization of key program servicesWork with Program Managers to review and analyze current processes and identify areas for improvementContribute to the analysis of program metrics, data and financial trackingCollaborate on creation of new offerings and services Secondary responsibilities include: Assist in hiring and onboarding of new team membersFacilitate processing of member requestsScheduling of servicesInstructor managementPayroll and administrative support Please note: Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
