As Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering first-class evaluations and drawing insights across sponsorship and audience measurement. Reporting to the Director, Analytics, this position will be influential in advancing the application of data for internal functionality, client decision making, and commercialization. Responsibilities: \u2022 Develop mastery of propriety Nielsen tools and metrics, which you will use to help evaluate data to solve our client\u2019s most pressing business questions \u2022 Complete data management and expansion of reporting tools used for multiple projects, client types, and department functions. \u2022 Identify, analyze, and interpret key performance measures and trends in multidimensional data sets \u2022 Assist in the design and execution of sports industry research projects and predictive studies \u2022 Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding project requirements, interpretation of data, and the development of recommendations based on findings that will be presented to clients and used by industry leaders to set strategy \u2022 Work closely with your manager and collaborate with team members in data strategies, critical thinking, and problem solving Qualifications: \u2022 Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Market Research, or related field \u2022 2 years relevant experience \u2022 Possess naturally curious mindset, enthusiasm working with data, strong adaptability, and sense of accountability \u2022 Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including use of formula writing, logic statements, pivot tables, index\/lookups, and VBA \u2022 Experience using statistical packages and demonstrated track record in data analysis \u2022 Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify data and complex ideas \u2022 Exposure to Nielsen TV audience ratings, CPMs, and other media measurement an advantage \u2022 Knowledge of the US sports and entertainment sponsorship landscape a plus but not essential.
